Our Time Together:

Mac Alchemy sessions are by appointment, either on-site at your location (New York City and surrounding areas), or via phone & remote login (anywhere in the world with an internet connection). Tech support via email is offered on a very limited basis.

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to new clients to assess your technology needs and create a plan of action.

Regular Hours:

Our regular hours are 10am-6pm EST, M-F.

After Hours and Emergencies:

Any work before or after our 10-6 M-F time parameters are considered after hours, or an emergency. Also note that any work without 24 hours advanced notice at any time is considered to be an emergency. A surcharge of 50% will be added to emergency calls. We are available nights and weekends to accommodate the inevitable tech emergency, based upon availability.

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice results in billing for 1 hour of time.

Rates:

Our rates are $120 per hour, plus a $20-60 travel fee per on-site visit. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at time of service unless previous arrangements have been made.

There is a 1 hour on-site minimum, and a 1/4 hour minimum for all others. Partial hours are rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.

Sliding Scale:

We offer a limited number of hours per month on a sliding scale, based on need. Please inquire and let us know your situation.

Long-term Contracts:

Monthly and long-term service contracts are available.

Referral Program:

We maintain a customer referral program and customer loyalty program. Please inquire for full details.
